Gabriel Pacheco, a Mexican painter and illustrator, is known for his unique and beautiful style that has earned him recognition and adoration around the world. Born in Mexico City in 1973, Pacheco studied scenography at the National Fine Arts Academy, gaining a strong foundation in the arts.
Pacheco began his career as an illustrator when his sister asked him to illustrate a story for her. His unique style, made up of romantic and intense characters and a surrealistic ambiance, is inspired by the art of Hieronymus Bosch and Marc Chagall. His work often contains dream-like elements, with fantastical landscapes and creatures that transport the viewer to a different world.
Throughout his career, Pacheco has also given several design workshops at the ENAP and illustration courses for children's books in Mexico, Italy, and Spain. This not only showcases his expertise but also his passion for teaching and sharing his craft with others.
